I’ve always cared about impact. I wanted to influence my family of origin in the direction of opportunities I could sense that would be so much more satisfying than the suffering.

I got really exhausted & mixed up OFF CENTRE trying – intensely masking & acting out internal conflict. I drank a lot and smoked a lot and operated in an obsession with disappearing. Obsession being directly linked to scarcity, I can see how I was living in not-enough-ness. Not getting enough – not having enough – not being enough.

Fast forward to early twenties I received the Munay-ki sacred rites and around that time I made major breakthroughs. Spirituality – a FELT sense of connection. With this improvement other layers of my being felt relief and got to progress as well – actually feeling feelings and the mental relaxation that arises as the energetic constipation releases – and physically I moved into a lean strong era of my life doing a 7 minute qi gong set each morning.

Big leaps came for me through bite size pieces. Pieces that I really loved and that became easy desirable requests from others for me to share.

Around 26 the lights flickered in my kitchen as a friend prepared dinner “it might be me, I just received a kundalini reiki attunement” she said in her french accent with a giggle. As soon as I heard “kundalini reiki” I felt the ELECTRIC YES move through me.

I had not felt this way about reiki before. I was living in a place that eerily matched my family of origin in subtle narcissistically conditioned ways even though the obvious details were totally different. I had moved from small town redneck ontario to hippie haven salt spring island BC. I was my healthiest yet… but still drowning in sorrow suppressed anger bitterness disappointment and dissatisfaction.

The initial kundalini reiki attunements 1&2 assisted me with dropping a lot of obsessive controlling behaviour that was arising from old wounding & generational curses (karma) – as the attunements clear out density from your energy centres cleaning your pathways for ALLOWING & ENJOYING more unconditionally-loving-infinite-abundance-universal-life-force-energy to be moving through you.

A new era of having and holding boundaries emerged for me.

I had space inside to experience and see myself more intimately. I realized my own neurodivergence and it was the sweetest relief inside myself to receive that recognition FROM ME. I got pregnant in the best shape of my life emotionally mentally physically spiritually and moved away from what felt toxic and imprisoning. I knew I wanted to have and hold this child as my true self … but I didn’t totally know what that meant as she hadn’t fully risen yet.

I was attuned to Kundalini Reiki III on a visit back to Salt Spring and then I signed up for a Millenium Kundalini attunement online (meaning levels 1,2,3 all together) with gold & purple reiki attunements as a BONUS… because I wanted the BOOSTER of an intense clearing as I entered GAME of SOVEREIGNS existential kink coach training with Dr Carolyn Elliot. In the next few months very significant breakthroughs occurred in the way I lived everyday life, the way I related to others, the way I witness – hold space for – process – and express my own personal experience.

I was getting S P A C I O U S and it felt like heaven. As soulfulness emerges integration is needed as the material world reconstructs to reflect your vibration. This can be seen as dysfunctional and people definitely spoke up at me saying stop STOP but I could FEEL the progress radiating through me despite appearances & I knew THIS Is THE PATH for me
– let the outdated crumble.

I asked the universe how can I serve? and the response I got was DCFO: discharge + circulation = flexibility + openness. My new rule book.

I’d been having many experiences with my little family looking for resources to support us on our neurodivergent journey of maintaining home, healthy practices , sanity , wellbeing.

Well BEING defined by me as: deep incorrigible connection to ourselves and each other on a landscape of cultural authorities grooming the opposite.

“YOU ARE THE RESOURCE” a social worker said to me, “we don’t have offerings for people like you, we would set you back.” And what she meant was: your emotional energetic intelligence is beyond that of our programming, don’t waste your time : create.

I shared DCFO with the internet as a four word language to understand the impulse to stim and to say that indeed STIMMING can and will save the world. 365 people did my program the first round in 2021 with incredible feedback “this saved me” “where have you been all my life” “this is exactly what I’ve always needed” “me and my kid feel so good doing your practices” “your videos answered ALL of my questions” etc.

but to be transparent I had to pause and develop my capacity for joy and prosperity … HAVINGNESS. It’s a slippery reality. there’s a need to be deeply (ALL THE WAY) pscyhe centred heart centred soul centred. This is exactly why I’m offering exactly what I’m offering with MISSION : because stabilization security safety SUCCESS is available. even as traumatized dingbats.
